Clean tidy & friendly
While the overall gym size may be small, it is well equipped with machines, free weights and a functional area. It is usually not that busy (no long waits) and the members are friendly, but leave ppl alone to do their workouts. Do not feel like you are being "judged" and ppl are keen to help if you ask. Jacob, one of the PT was great when starting out to get familiar with working out consistently and building a good foundation to move some of the more intermediate exercises.
Well equipped, clean, new and not overcrowded. Friendly staff and nice vibe. Love it.
