This gym has the best snap fitness floor layout by size and design that I've seen from Victoria to north Queensland but! It has bad ventilation, airflow and cooling especially over cardiovascular equipment. Toilets and showers immediately next to each other meaning customers must shower and enjoy the smell of faeces totally disgusting. If these were not an issue it would be the best snap in Australia by far.
Dirty, overpriced and equipment remain broken for long periods of time.. Great at opening but unfortunately turned to 💩 Upped my membership without my knowledge.
Nice and clean. Affordable and all equipment you need, plus sauna! Mel was very friendly and knowledgeable. The best!
Gym is good but staff is least interested in answering any questions. Been to the staff for same problem twice but still no outcome.
