My favourite snap in Brisbane, the club manager Josh is very friendly. I like sitting on the bike, has an awesome view!

Shower is in toilet room and the place is small. There r no exercise matts on floor 1, only 2. Manager didn’t thank me for pointing out a problem with the machines, I reported an issue (and nearly was hurt because some idiot didn’t report the issue didn’t fix it just bodged up some part, it needed some screwdriver action; I probably saved someone else from getting hurt) and I couldn’t help but feel like the manager assumed I myself broke it because I was not thanked and I thought I had done something good for the club quite ... read more

I have been going to Snap Fitness for about 9 months now. Gym is kept tidy, staff is really helpful, professional and friendly. Also, I really like Alicia as she is an approachable club manager. I can always ask her how machines work and she makes me feel very comfortable interacting with her. Worth 100% the money.

I’ve been training at this gym for a while now and I can honestly say it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, the atmosphere is super motivating, and the equipment is top-notch. But what truly makes the difference is the management. Alicia, the gym manager, is incredibly professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about the members.
