Snap Fitness Hampton is a great place to workout. The staff are friendly and welcoming. You truly become part of a happy and supportive community when you join SFH. From teens to octogenarians, everyone feels welcome and included. And the classes offered are fantastic....yoga, boot camp and mature movers circuits, strength building, balance and mobility...there's something for everyone, and the cost is included in your gym fee, which is really reasonable too! SFH...I Love it!

So it’s been a 10 year hiatus for me from being a member of a gym after 20 plus continuous years and I chose Snap fitness Hampton, they were flexible with my needs and I’ve enjoyed working out in a clean well equipped gym in my first month… give them a try as I did
