This gym is full of equipment and floor space, and is bright with plenty of light. A motivating place to workout, I really like the small group classes and space to do my own exercises. The staff are friendly, too.

Snap fitness Hampton is an amazing gym, extremely friendly staff, great range of fitness equipment and very clean. An all round nice atmosphere in general. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a gym that is professional in every way. Michael

It’s me again for 2026. Snap Fitness Hampton is my happy place. Denis as our Manager, is outstanding and he puts up with our questions, day in and day out, always with a smile on his face and never a hint of frustration. He cares very much for the efficiency, cleanliness and equipment at the gym, with a great deal of pride.
