The equipment is quality, and the facilities are always clean and in good condition. Karl the manager is unmatched in terms of being nice, helpful and knowledgeable in all things gym related. I have trained here for 8 years and watched the place getting better through Karl’s constant efforts. Training here was such a pleasure - thank you Karl and Glen!
