Avoid Update: Gym has been upgraded and they are still trying to charge new members $90 for an access card. Most other 24/7 gyms have a self service app on your phone to access the gym for free. Kieran really helped me to get back into the gym. Always offered guidance to meet my goals and motivated me along the way. Definitely couldn't have achieved the progress I have without him. Highly recommend for people who might struggle with consistency or who need some guidance.

The Area Leader for Everton Park was extremely rude when I explained that I chose to get a replacement card from another venue for $30, rather than paying $69 at this location. Her attitude was unprofessional and unnecessary. It’s also disappointing that other venues—such as Brisbane City, which has better facilities and a higher membership cost—only charge $50 for a replacement card. Great gym with a strong, well-established vibe. The equipment feels brand new, everything is very clean, and the facilities are well maintained. Amber is especially friendly and helpful—always makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend!

Having attended multiple snap Fitness gyms, this is the only gym that has changed the fortnightly price (been to five others). Failed to notify me of the change in price. Also put my membership on hold and did not notify me, even though their policy states that I need to authorise in writing (which I did not do). Overpriced compared to the other Snap fitness gyms. You are better off sign up at another Snap fitness and getting the cheaper rates for the first few months (if you want to sign up to get Australia wide access). Th... read more

Great gym with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are consistently kind, generous, and make you feel valued every time you walk in. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, which makes workouts even more enjoyable. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to join a gym.
