Probably the worst gym in the Shire, promise the world on sign up then when you decide to leave due to hygiene, lack of variety and broken or out of order equipment those promises are ignored, like refunds on access passes. I’ll bet they reply with terms and conditions blah blah blah, shame you can’t respond to emails! I was told it was a deposit and would be refunded on return. Seriously do yourself a favour and explore other options as this place is horrible.
I really like this gym, the manager Rania is refreshingly honest and upfront. It’s a nice change from other gyms where the managers can come off a bit over-the-top or insincere. Easy to join, easy to cancel (if you need too) no nonsense gym.
Staff here are very friendly - helpful but not pushy or intimidating. Equipment is great and arranged to make the most of the space. Who doesn't like a beach view whilst exercising? Can't really find any faults here!
Well equipped gym, clean with a good vibe. Rana at the front desk is always friendly and helpful.
Best gym in the shire!! I have been training here for 7 years now and I love it.
