Just money hungry guys who don’t care about you or process. Tried upselling me non stop on a weekly PT session then the trainer at the time couldn’t work around on schedule. After I had to cancel the PT sessions, all the staff stop saying hello or caring about me as a person. Eventually I got injuried during my rugby season and couldn’t gym for a huge part of time and told and informed them.
