The water cooler hasn’t been working for over three months. It only dispenses hot water and has been turned off for a long time. The instrument has also been broken for more than three months. These are simple issues to fix, but nothing has been done so far.

Awesome Manager – Super Helpful! Had a great experience at the gym today, all thanks to the manager. Super friendly and really went out of their way to help me out— You can tell they genuinely care about the members. It’s little things like this that make a gym feel welcoming. Big shoutout to the manager for being awesome!

I really wish I’d never signed up for this gym, such a disappointment. I have a medical condition during my periods that prevents me from doing physical activity. On the very first day before signing up, I explained this to the manager, and she agreed to freeze my membership for one week each month.
