Amazing gym, amazing staff, great atmosphere. I was having financial difficulties and the managers went above and beyond for me to make sure I could keep attending the gym to keep my mental wellbeing in check. I am leaving this review as I saw the horrible comments made by a select group who clearly have not had the pleasure of dealing Snap Caloundra

Heartless treatment of members It’s been devastating to see how this gym has treated an injured member. Despite providing medical evidence from both a doctor and a physio, their requests for fairness were dismissed outright. A simple compromise could have solved everything, but instead, management refused to show any compassion. And really — why couldn’t they just compromise? We’re talking about only $500.
