Absolutely awesome experience at Snap Fitness 24/7 Caloundra. We signed up while on holidays and honestly Kennedy was the biggest reason why. She was so welcoming, easy to talk to, knowledgeable and genuinely made us feel comfortable from the second we walked in. The gym itself is clean, well set out and has a great vibe, but customer service like Kennedy’s is what really stands out. She made the whole process simple, stress free and actually enjoyable. Not an original member of Cali, but recently moved to the area, so I swapped from my regular snap. Very pleased with the step up of Snap Cali. Usually not very busy and plenty of machines to go around. I especially love the free weights room as I'm trying to evolve into my final form. Cali helping me achieve my goals. I havent been able to meet any staff yet as I usually attend outside of staffed hours. Also the gym has a good level of cleanliness.

Some of the weight machines were looking a bit old. There were no work out mats that I could see. The free weight area and treadmill area looked ok. The main disappointment was their taste in workout / motivation music. Mainly Played (Loud) punk rock music which gives you a headache and made my time at the Caloundra Snap Fitness Gym an unpleasant experience. If I was looking for a gym to work out on a regular basis I would look somewhere else. Not as good as my regular Snap Fitness Gym back home.
