Was considering joining this gym but the person with the English accent has an unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude that I decided to look elsewhere.
Fantastic gym, love working out here...
Fantastic Gym great layout and great facilities, and still expanding, I believe a dedicated sauna room is on the Horizon. Andrew and Toby have been very welcoming, I also appreciate the fact that they make our gym a safe and happy place to workout, by reprimanding obnoxious members.
I have fine experiences with the equipment and the gym itself, but the guy at the front desk needs a lesson in customer service. Rude and unhelpful on both occasions I’ve visited. Just on his phone behind the computer. Makes me feel like an inconvenience for just being present There’s 3 other recent reviews with a specific person named with comments about this staff member so I’d assume it wasn’t a one off for me.
