I’m so excited to continue my journey here! I was greeted with the warmest welcome from two amazing trainers, Joaquin and Issy (forgive my spelling). I come from a netball and trampolining background, but it’s been years since I was last active and my fitness level is pretty low. Joaquin was super understanding and reassured me that there’s no pressure to keep up with anyone else. He gave me support and exercises suited to my level. I really appreciate the encouragement and positive atmosphere — can’t wait to keep going!
