Absolutely furious with this place. I’ve been charged hundreds of dollars for a service I couldn’t even use — my access has been blocked for over a month. I tried calling, emailing, and even went there during business hours, but no one was there and no one got back to me. How can a business run like this? Overcharging and ignoring customers? This is completely unacceptable. I will be reporting this and warning others to stay away.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Snap Fitness Bentleigh. I was unexpectedly charged a fee that was never communicated to me. On top of that, the customer service has been very poor—every time I called, the manager was unavailable and there was no proper support neither on emails nor on calls. Probably the worst branch of Snap Fitness

Would be nice if you answered your phone!! My son’s card hasn’t worked for 3 weeks and he is paying for something he can’t use. Do the right thing, answer the phone and compensate him!!

Horrible and definitely insane, I have already moved away for half a year and is still taking away my money, I was just on a regular trail for a week ! And won’t reply email, just find another gym. This one already taken away about $500 from me, and refused to give a refund. It means a lot to me as a student.
