Fantastic customer service. Visiting Bathurst from Darwin and the staff were unreal. Nick was incredibly helpful and up for a yarn. Highly recommend!

I was living on the Central Coast and attending another gym chain which had a great community feel. I moved to another area and attended the local gym in that chain, but never once did I see a staff member or connect with anyone, and I cancelled my membership to my detriment. Maddie is an awesome manager at Snap Fitness Bathurst! Always super friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. She really makes the gym feel welcoming and keeps a great vibe in the club. You can tell she genuinely cares about the members and wants everyone to feel comfortable and motivated. Definitely recommend training here!

Maddie the manager, is genuinely a top 5 human of all time. Visited when going to Bathurst 24 hour. Needed to use some showers so got myself a membership. I had tons of technological and payment issues but she was more than accommodating and took so much stress of my shoulders. If you can, ensure you go to this gym. She makes it more than worth it
