Snap Fitness is great , always laid back people with a goal in mind. Equipment is always nice, and best of all you don't have to hear muscle heads grunting and groaning while they are trying to lift there massive weights that should take three people to lift. I travel all over the United States and have probably visited 50 different Snap Fitness locations, none have left a bad taste in my mouth and all of them have had decent equipment if not excellent. And as far as cancelling a membership all they ask for is a 30 day notic... read more

Re Josh Saxe. We are sorry that you had an unpleasant experience with us. Most of our members use our facility on a frequent basis -- and they come to us promptly if they have a question with their account. We attempted to help you, but obviously there was a breakdown in communication on your side. We simply enforced the terms of the agreement that you had signed...that doesn't make us a scam. Snap fitness is a scam. Billed me for a month my account was supposed to be frozen, Then made me pay another month before I could cancel. Had to pay over 150 dollars for 2 months and never set foot in the gym. I would be surprised if this franchise lasts another few years before they declare bankrupcy. They have nice equipment and are open 24 hours. Now only if they cared about the people who come in instead of drilling their wallet for every cent they can through contracts and ridiculous "policies." And is very expensive as... read more
