As of 01/17/2019 this is the current condition of thos gym(pictures I submitted).I joined this gym franchise due to frequent job travel. It's slowly becoming obsolete. Tuscaloosa recently closed without warning. Oxford, AL is in poor condition as well. Find another gym. I'm looking for other options. Note: I didn't leave these notes in the Gym. However, I fully support whomever did write these notes.
Do not under any circumstances join this gym. First off, you won't be able to do it in person because no one works there. If you choose to join online, you will get a access card in the mail that doesn't work because there is no one there to activate. Snap Fitness has the worst customer service of any corporation I've encountered. Just go somewhere else.
I am a Snap Member out of town and have been 1 for over 8 years. Drove 20 minutes to this gym just for the door NOT to unlock. This unacceptable! If you are out of town, I would not waist time coming this. This is the 2nd time I have tried a Birmingham area Snap and for some reason the card just doesn’t work. One of the benefits of Snap is having access to other SNAPS!
