The best gym is the one you go to, and for me this is closest to my home. Pros: Lots of different equipment (dumbbells, barbells, two squat racks, kettle bells, battle ropes, large tire) Showers and change rooms Decent size Fake turf to run mini drills Allowed to put membership on hold for a bit 24/7 access Lots of parking Lots of tvs to check watch highlights and sports Cons: The tension on the cables are really off and makes picking the weights annoying (for the couple years I’ve been going there it’s never been addressed)... read more

Overall, this is a very nice gym. It has somewhat of an “old age” style going on although most equipment is new and all is in excellent repair. There is a lot of straight up iron in this gym, from dumbbells to barbell weights, but they also have equipment and space for any kind of training.

I am from Ontario, needed a gym for the next 2 months that I am here for without paying an insanely huge amount. I initially took a trial period of 7 days which the gym offers for free, I was thoroughly satisfied as the gym is kept clean, some good people out here who have smiles on their face and the occasional bro nods. The staff here is really accommodating and helpful, especially Sky, kudos to her, she’s an absolute pleasure to have dealt with when I signed up officially after the trial period.
