I've been looking for a small gym with good equipment, excellent instructors for a variety of classes and a diverse group of members..age and fitness levels. This gym fits the bill..folks are friendly, the set up quite good, plus a door key place so I can go anytime. It's also quite affordable and goes month to month with 30 day notice. Very pleased.
I really like this place. It's small, but plenty of equipment and is never too busy. 3 new ellipticals arrived recently which is great to see. I get good workouts in here. Good prices on the 3 month term for summer visitors as well. Highly recommended!
Best gym on the Cape. A wide variety of equipment and always clean. The owner, staff and other gym members are extremely friendly and great to talk to. Absolutely 10/10 I recommend.
Clean, great variety of workout equipment, helpful and friendly owner and staff. The 24/7 access is amazing. Can’t recommend enough. Been a member here for a few years now and love it.
