Best gym on the Cape. A wide variety of equipment and always clean. The owner, staff and other gym members are extremely friendly and great to talk to. Absolutely 10/10 I recommend.
Clean, great variety of workout equipment, helpful and friendly owner and staff. The 24/7 access is amazing. Can’t recommend enough. Been a member here for a few years now and love it.
As a woman who is a night owl I’d love to join here but I wouldn’t feel safe. The windows should be frosted so no one can see in if I’m there alone at night. My previous gym in Quincy had frosted windows.
