!!!!!!!!!!!Avoid this place if you just want to be left alone to work out. I specifically chose this small gym because I wanted to avoid massive "big gym" culture. I just wanted a quiet place to go in, do my workout, and be left alone. Instead, I got harassed and micromanaged by the owners more than I ever would have at a large national chain. Very nice and clean gym , helps if you want to avoid the crowd at the big box gyms. Very pleasant staff and trainers
