I’ve been at this gym for years, always great staff, the summer’s manager added a lot of new equipment as well for us, and it’s always very well maintained.

Constantly cleaning from the staff, great amenities (massage chair, tanning room, sauna), also three different rooms so you can have a little privacy while working out. I’ve been working out here for years, and the quality has only gotten better.

Went in the other day and was struggling to figure out how use some of the equipment. Luckily, an extremely helpful young man who works here named Aydan helped me and showed me how to use it. If more gym employees were as helpful and welcoming as this young man, the world would be in much better shape!
