We went for a trial day which went great. The owner was very nice. We told him we’d be back in a week to sign up and pay and he never showed up. I called twice, emailed and no answer at all even a week later. So disappointed. We ended up going to fitness force which was cheaper, better staffed and better equipment. Don’t recommend snap fitness.
Great place to go to work out. Staff is great. Other members are great and respectful
