My regular gym. Friendly staff and very helpful. Also leaves you to do your own exercise. Open 24/7, very resourceful. Equipment available for various exercise. Leaves you well informed. Reasonable price

Came for a random workout while in hamilton. Staff were really friendly and gym full of really nice gear.
