I am rewriting this review because I feel I should have just left well enough alone. No matter how I was treated on the phone by the staff during open hours, I was lashing back. In essence I was being vengfull. That was wrong and I am sorry. Vengeance belongs to God not me. I had no authority to "get back" at the people who were rude to me.
