Went here to talk to someone in the middle of the week and afternoon. Cant actually get in to talk to anyone or have a tour, there's just a number on the door. If I wanted to call, I would have done that from home. What I wanted was to view the facility like I'm able to do everywhere else in the area.
This gym is a fantastic place to work out. Everyone is friendly, the atmosphere is great, and it is open 24/7. They have ample equipment to make the most of anyone’s work out. I enjoy being part of this place.
Staff is generally nice, and the place is what you'd expect from a chain of gyms. As for the one star, when I went to cancel my subscription, the manager was in a hurry to get out. I gave a name and number, and was told that he would take care of it when he came in the next day. Judging from the amount of stars given, you can probably guess what didn't happen. Now I'm out $35 while in between jobs (which I had explained to the manager.) You're more likely to get in touch with someone going directly to the gym itself, but you... read more
