Very easy to start a membership, but very hard to get in contact with them or cancel a membership. Didn't receive my card until after my whole first month had ended despite having attempted several times to set up an appointment to finish the account set up. Then I was charged after the last payment date stated on my cancelation form, and was unable to get in contact with them again. This was after submitting a request through their website for a meeting so I could turn my card in, which never got a response.
Fraud fraud fraud!! go to planet fitness across the street!!! The actually have equipment and are less than half the price at snap fitness. I tried to cancel my membership BEFORE my next billing cycle and they told me I have to give 30 day notice done whatever I give 30 day notice talk to 2 different trainers tell them I’m not interested and would like yo cancel and they still charged me!
