Nice gym, very clean and well maintained. The staff is kind and very helpful. The manager is also awesome and responsive. Great place!
If I could put no stars I would. Full time traveler who uses Active & Fit Direct to workout. Even though my wife and I were already approved through Active & Fit we were denied a membership. Apparently this location only accepts this type of membership if they will get paid for the next year as opposed to only one month. With knowledge from working in several gyms as a trainer i know how many times I would need to scan in order for the gym to get paid and once I told Kelly, the "manager" she got ugly and wouldn't allow me to... read more
Rude manager! Horrible customer service. Cant get a word in when speaking to the manager. We are veterans(which is WHY we have active and fit) and we have never been treated so disrespectful just for trying to use a gym for 1 month. ! Zero stars!! Being called disgusting by the MANAGER being interrupted by the MANAGER, and then owner can't even call to rectify the situation but can reply to my review. Very professional!
Eythan is a great person to work with when looking into memberships, I really appreciated his helpful attitude and the knowledgeable information he was able to provide.
