Heidi and her professional fitness team at Snap Fitness in Davidson has empowered me to focus on my wellbeing, health, flexibility, strength and confidence. I have chosen to take care of my body and with exercise and strength training. Not choosing a pill or injection, which can provide “Hope” in temporary weight loss. Snap Fitness Davidson has also provided me place filled with friendly, smiling faces. I highly recommend Snap in Davidson gym fitness center.
