Nice, basic gym. Good value for the money!
To get a membership call the main office or another location as there are only certain days and times that there is a staff member at this location. Those days and times are not posted. Once you have obtained your membership and your card to swipe in and out of the building it is wonderful! They have all the workout equipment including weights that most people use. I signed up for a 1 year contact and after one year of not using it as much as I planned to, because of the small size and crowded atmosphere I decided to cancel. I've been trying to cancel since March 2017. It is now August and NO ONE will call me back. I've left numerous messages on voicemails, with employees, and even sent in my cancellation request twice.
