My husband and I just got our memberships terminated because he accidentally picked up someone else’s key card (since there is no specific identification they all look the same). The remodel of the gym is awesome! It came at the perfect time of year too. Thank you for making my membership a great value!
I have been working out here for over a year. The doors are always open and the lights are always on. It is very clean and the other members are very nice. Only complaint is no radio.
Tonight at Snap Fitness at 2056 Lake Michigan Dr NW, Grand Rapids, MI I had the WORST customer service humanly possible from the owner! I was talked down to when I was trying to have a simple conversation. One of the employees messed up our membership apparently because the owner does not consider my roommates and I eligible for the "family plan" that the actual employee signed us up for!!!!
