I've been a member here since COVID, but the experience has steadily gone downhill. The environment is now unpleasant--some members act like "Karens," policing others' shoes or claiming equipment for 30+ minutes by just leaving a phone and water bottle. When I gave negative feedback through their surveys, no one ever followed up. Calling the gym is pointless--they never answer. Good Gym, small but they have everything you need to get a good workout or cardio session in
