I believe I was the first member of the Mission gym...and have remained loyal ever since. The location is convenient with ample parking on three sides, the gym is clean and well maintained, and pricing is competitive/reasonable. The operation is first-rate, and the ownership, responsive.
I've been a member here since COVID, but the experience has steadily gone downhill. The environment is now unpleasant--some members act like "Karens," policing others' shoes or claiming equipment for 30+ minutes by just leaving a phone and water bottle. When I gave negative feedback through their surveys, no one ever followed up. Calling the gym is pointless--they never answer.
