The 3 star is good which I think is pretty fair. They have a decent variety of upper body machines including the supine press which I love and don't see often, but their lower body machines are wack. They all have strange motion paths and terrible rom. That's the only gym I've ever been to where I do around 20% or less of my normal working weight and still feel like I injured myself. I believe I was the first member of the Mission gym...and have remained loyal ever since. The location is convenient with ample parking on three sides, the gym is clean and well maintained, and pricing is competitive/reasonable. The operation is first-rate, and the ownership, responsive.

I've been a member here since COVID, but the experience has steadily gone downhill. The environment is now unpleasant--some members act like "Karens," policing others' shoes or claiming equipment for 30+ minutes by just leaving a phone and water bottle. When I gave negative feedback through their surveys, no one ever followed up. Calling the gym is pointless--they never answer. The local SNAP facility is well equipped and maintained. 24-7 availability is perfect.
