Customer service is top notch. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate me. They responded quickly to every question and were more than friendly and helpful. Great location and the place is super clean. Definitely recommended.
I have never been able to reach them on the phone! Nope I have call during business hours several times !
1) when I called, I was greeted with "oh is this _______'s girlfriend?" That's probably not the way to greet people on your business phone if you're not sure. 2) Gym stopped taking FHCP after new ownership, no notice sent out or given to members. $44/month....no thanks I'll go back to my $17/month at LA Fitness
