Impossible to cancel your membership. It took me two months to cancel and my boyfriend is still fighting. They make up reasons why you can't have your membership canceled the day you ask so they can continue to steal from you. All they do is make money off that auto-payment every month and down even show up for personal training sessions. Take your business elsewhere!
If I couldn't rate this something lower I would. Called many times and left a couple voicemails but no one ever got back to me. There was no one ever there when I went into the gym to cancel my membership, but as soonest my Payment didn't go thru they started to email me and calling me. Apparently all they care is about the money and not their customers.
Clean, good machines, and great bathrooms.
This location needs to be cleaned and updated. One piece of equipment was held up by a magazine. Disappointing experience.
