This place and company SUCKS! Lost a key card 2 weeks ago. This is not a knock on the other locations throughout the cities. Just the Stillwater location and corporate office. NOBODY responds to emails or calls you back. The SW location has no manager hours posted. The owner is MIA!!! What a total joke! This is a gym with outstanding owners and staff. It has many types of equipment that can fit the needs of almost all fitness minded customers. Coupled with being a 24/7 (and all holidays facility) it was a easy choice and great fit for me. The icing on the cake is the respectful members and an environment void of "meat market" and heavy commercialization. Rich

This gym is the best one I've been to in a long time. You can use it 24/7 when YOU are ready to workout. The staff is very helpful but not annoying. The machines are great. The cliental is of all ages, shapes and sizes and so it is not intimidating for anyone. There is everything there you would want, or if you just want to walk on a treadmill you can do that too. Beware of the hidden fees. After being a member 10 months I suddenly started seeing surprise charges for an additional $35. I'm told by Donna Woods, Operations Director, it's a 'Club Enhancement' fee. It's buried in the fine print of the agreement. Legit businesses don't do things like this. And they don't tell you about things like this when you sign the agreement. Businesses like this don't deserve my business. Bye bye Snap Fitness.

I cancelled my membership on august 26, 2021; And the still are charging my grandfather the membership fee; I am tire of sending messages to Mike, without any response from him; I don't know what kind of scam Snap Fitness is running, but I am going to make a report to the BBB. My grandfather will cancel his membership too; He is so tired of doing this every month. I keep on calling and never got a respond from them.

I had a personal trainer that works both at Hudson and Robert, WI, for six months. My trainer was Steven Frolov. He had me challenge myself to lift more weight then I thought I could. In six months at the age of 62, I lost 7.6 lbs body fat and gained 5.82 lbs of muscle mass. Thanks Steven!!!

I signed up through my work but still need an appt to fully register. The staff keeps telling me they will have someone call me to set up an appointment and still haven’t heard. It is very frustrating when it’s coming out of my paycheck and I cant use the facility yet .

I’d give this gym a 0 star if I could, machines haven’t been updated in 10 years. Also no calf machine, they sold the only calf machine. Gym is also kept at 65 degrees even during the winter and they have all the fans going full blast for no reason. I wear a sweatshirt and pants every workout and I’m still freezing during my workout.

Anyone can request a copy of Your key card swipe that shows dates and times you visit the gym. The information can be texted to you within seconds. They will also send your profile via text to anyone who requests it. Even if you have a restraining order on the person, they will give your information to them! Be careful.
