I enjoyed Snap Fitness when I was a member. Due to financial constraints, I had to cancel my membership as I have limited funds as a student. I signed the necessary paperwork only to find that my card was continued to be charged. I contacted the fitness center multiple times via email and phone. I was completely ignored and eventually had to involve my credit card company to have the charges refuted. It was an unnecessary waste of time and very unprofessional on their part.
