was told on Friday to come in Saturday between 10-2 to restart my membership and reactivate our door cards and was told everything would be waiting for us. we called all day, stood outside calling and no one was there. this is how important their members are to them. they make appointments but never show up. we will spend the $ on home equipment instead.
