After asking to cancel my membership during the height of the COVID pandemic I was continuously charged for the better part of a year. Even after calling back multiple times and expressing how much I felt uncomfortable coming in. I was told it was my fault that the membership never got canceled. They are posting constantly on this page but I can’t get a call back to cancel my membership that I have now been charged $66 for after calling over 8 times. I have called for a month trying to cancel my membership and left multiple messages. I have called probably 10 times after being charged as well.
