This is a gym with outstanding owners and staff. It has many types of equipment that can fit the needs of almost all fitness minded customers. Coupled with being a 24/7 (and all holidays facility) it was a easy choice and great fit for me. The icing on the cake is the respectful members and an environment void of "meat market" and heavy commercialization. Rich
