I have been attending the Pilates/Yoga classes since they were first offered. I can definitely say they are worthwhile and always help me feel much more relaxed and limber. Gwen is a great instructor and easy to follow without having to watch her every move. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
I have been taking the Strength & Core and Yoga Pilates classes with Gwen that are offered at Snap Fitness for several months. Gwen is so welcoming to everyone that attends her classes! I already feel so much stronger, more flexible and improving my balance. She excels at focusing on safe form, encouraging us to challenge our bodies while reminding us about working at our own levels.
Gwen's yoga/Pilates class is great for beginners. She is mindful of each participants needs/restrictions. The class is easy to follow and a great way to get your body moving, stretching and strengthening. I had never attended a class like this before and after attending her class for the last 3 months, I enjoy the comradery and the gentle but effective workout.
Gwen the yoga/pilates instructor is very knowledgeable and an excellent teacher. She explains each exercise so well and doesn’t rush through the technique for those of us that are a bit older and out of shape. Really enjoying these classes!
