As a top npc national level bodybuilder I've been to a lot of great gyms. SNAP Fitness in Alma is by far the worst gym I've ever lifted at. I'd rather train at Planet Fitness. The owner is very rude. She needs to work on customer service. I know members that have been leaving this gym because of how horrible of a person she is.
The owner is really nice the gym is clean and has so much to do!
Rude owner, needs to brush up on customer service and relations. Treating clients with disrespect while those same clients keep your doors open is inexcusable.
