Very friendly staff...answered all questions. Clean. Got son a membership.
There is plenty of equipment I guess, but someone decided a tanning room was a better investment than showers. There’s no way to cancel your membership online, they justify this by saying people would claim they canceled over the phone months ago and get their money refunded, but that’s just not realistic, over the phone and online are different, all they have to do is scan their cancelation form and put it on their website so you can sign online, they just want people to forget and get a few more months of payment before yo... read more
Where do I start. This gym is dirty. most of the machines are caked with grease and no one cleans up after themselves. There has been multiple times that I’ve come in and had to search all over the place for the weights I’m looking for. There is a broken leg curl machine, broken leg extension machine and a broken treadmill. These machines have been broken for the year that I have been going there and they have shown no hurry to fix them. I went to the gym 3 days before my membership expired and my fob didn’t work.
