Not entirely sure what happened here. Went to the gym on 9/1/23 and everything was locked with a sign on the door. Really wished I got an email or visible signage ANYWHERE before this happened. I really enjoyed this gym too. Really disappointed.
Owner and manager insisted on arguing with me in the main gym when I complained about the gym being 83 degrees. They sent out an email prior saying the air would be back on the day earlier but did not send out an update. As a result, me and my fiance got ready and went up only to find out the unfortunate truth. Then they blamed me for arguing in front of customers when it was their job to stop that from happening (is there an office? Not sure.)
