The owner or whoever manages this location has TERRIBLE customer service. Every single interaction with her has been extremely unpleasant. I messaged her letting her know the gym was out of sanitation wipes and her response to me was "I don't see how that's even possible" How about sayin, thank you, I'll look into that? They constantly have signs hanging around the gym threatening their members about charging them for every little thing. They posted a picture of someone using a bench for step ups to shame her. I had re-joined Snap Fitness in Greenwich again, after moved out of the area I couldn't find good gym to continue with my workout challenges, after re-schedule my trip between my job and home I have decided back to Snap Fitness in Greenwich, the facilities, the staff and the atmosphere is incredible and suitable for me. We signed up for the 24/7 access. As a group with an array of learning disabilities, ranging from Bipolar, Intellectual Learning Disability and Global Learning Delay. Mike the manager does a good job trying to please all the clients, some who do try and cause trouble. We found most clients friendly, and the gym has ample equipment, nice showers and offers classes and an array of experienced trainers who are always on site during the day. We enjoyed our time whilst here.
