Spotswood location should be shut down. Long story short- This place is a rip-off and it is owned by and operated by con-men. I did a 6 month pre-purchase and was advised by an employee that I had under the end of the last month to cancel. Fast forward 20 days before my contract ended and I cancel, just to be told that 30 days written notice was required. Signed the form, cancelled. RecommendedI trained with Fran in Spotswood recently. I told her my goals and she worked with me. she knew my limitations and pushed where she knew I needed it. I have hit my goals and continue to strive. I'm on my own for now and plan to return to training sessions with Fran.
I have been a member for over ten years now. Have tried other gyms but they're not 24 hour gyms. Planet fitness is an absolute joke!!! As a former member and employee at the Plainsboro location I can honestly say it was the WORST gym I've ever seen. No barbells, Lunk alarm, dumbells that only go up to 50lbs. Please. The biggest joke of all...what gym givers out free Pizza on Mondays and Bagels on Tuesdays??? Thieves & liars. Charged us for a membership we weren't using for many months though we told them we weren't interested in renewing our contract. Tried to discuss mistake with the owner who refused to speak to me but sicked his bulldog Fran on me, who was also unreasonable. BEWARE BEFORE SIGNING UP WITH THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE THEY WILL TRY TO GET ONE OVER ON YOU.
At 40 years old and overweight most of my life, I thought there was nothing more I could do. Ajani is simply the best fitness trainer there is. I enrolled for a weight loss program at Snap Fitness Spotswood and lost 20lbs within 5 weeks thanks to Ajani! This was very impressive for a starter like me.
