Great little gym as long as you don't use a Treadmill. Everything else is great. But with the treadmills. You will always find at least one with an out of order sign. But the dangerous part is with the other ones. They work fine sometimes. But then the belt starts slipping and sometimes can come to a complete abrupt stop. Been to a number of gyms over the years and never seen this happen. May seem funny at times. But somebody is going to get hurt.
The equipment is great, the hours are unbeatable 24/7, and the monthly fees are reasonable. Coupled with the fact that you do not have to sign any type of long term contract, it is a great deal. That said, if you ever need to cancel your membership, you have to send them the notice in writing but the only address given anywhere is the 3107 Boulevard Colonial Heights, VA 23834 BUT that always comes back undeliverable.
