The owner and staff have been incredibly kind and accepting. The gym environment is very inviting and friendly. Prices are great. Everything is always cleaned thoroughly and ready for guests. Highly recommend joining and stay for the great atmosphere.
this business is extremely unprofessional, constantly changing their policies and decisions without notice. It’s impossible to trust or plan anything with them, as they keep moving the goalposts. Avoid if you value consistency and good communication.
crappy owner of this franchise, couldn't cancel membership got charged even tho I said I was done with this gym after contract. she didn't respond to emails or calls. would rather take my business to anyone else.
Enjoyed this gym while I was a member, however the cancelation process has been atrocious. My membership was paused when I asked to cancel it, the gym decided to charge me for a month, I assume solely because I was canceling, as I had not been in over 6 months. Assuming the problem resolved, they attempted to bill me for 2 consecutive months before I had to remind them I had cancelled my membership. Great experience at this gym, went here once very early in the morning around 4am and it was still extremely clean and everything was ready to use. Very well run gym all around.
