Poor customer service. If I had received an apology and we will take care of this error right away sir, there would be no reason for a negative review. However, it took months to correct and manager wanted to reassure me it wasn't her fault. Frustrating situation, manager did call and say they would take care of it. I am a veteran with PTSD and could've handled situation better. A trainer who works there did a fantastic job listening to my complaint.
