I am 66 tears of age. I have only been working out 4weeks. I can walk better feel better and if l miss more that one day l can tell the difference in the way I feel. I would recommend Snap fitness to one to feel better and less pain with joins.A trainer is available for 25 dollars a hour. Her name is Christi she is great. she help me identify the machine I could use for my health and life. I only see her once every three to four weeks. Snap Fitness has become a part of my life.

Love this gym in exeter so worth the money and I love I can used the studio to stretch and dance if I want to train alone when it’s empty so very clean I have OCD bad and this gym makes me feel like I’m at home in a clean environment the app is chronic so high tech I scan each machine I use and it records everything and you can load your own music to any work out it’s mental and the changing rooms well there spotless with GHD HAIR IRONS ! 😮 yep you got that lol and the entire gym is rigged with cctv to make you feel safe I ... read more
