AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! I also highly recommend Jeremy as a trainer. I started out with him 3 months ago without having been to a gym for a very long time and had no idea what I was doing but he helped guide me through it all and helped me get into much better shape. Do not come to this gym, staff is rude. There are better gyms with in this area.These reviews are probably friends and family of the trainers.
Personal trainers are invested in your whole, body health from nutrition to old injuries. Jeremy is great to work with, highly motivating and makes exercising fun!
I would like to recognize Jeremy Jamieson. He has been my personal trainer for months now and he is fantastic!! He pushes me to achieve my goals and keeps notes on my training to refer to on where I am at and what I can do. He is an excellent coach on nutrition as well as training!! Thanks Jeremy
