The owner or whoever manages this location has TERRIBLE customer service. Every single interaction with her has been extremely unpleasant. I messaged her letting her know the gym was out of sanitation wipes and her response to me was "I don't see how that's even possible" How about sayin, thank you, I'll look into that? They constantly have signs hanging around the gym threatening their members about charging them for every little thing. They posted a picture of someone using a bench for step ups to shame her.
