We built a two bedroom two bath ADU with Snap on our historic University Heights property. They worked with me to make the ADU feel like it was a continuation of the front house (as much as the city planners would let us), so that the ADU basically became something close to getting at a guest house feel, which I wanted. SnapAdu is definitely a great company. And im a picky client. I was not told to write this review, but I wanted. I did a 1000 sf ADU in Carlsbad with them. One of the owner answered my emails with thoughtful responses literally on nights and weekends- not that I think people should work too much but they just care that much. I’m so impressed.
