We purchased a new home in Shelley, and we were told that we had water rights- however there is absolutely no way for us to have it (which is fine and we were completely aware when we purchased the home). We continue to get bills in the mail and they put a tax lein on our house. We have tried calling them many times and we get it figured out.... But the next month it starts all over. We cannot get a hold of anyone in the office at all. It's been a nightmare getting this figured out.

Have tried calling dozens of times, always busy. My question is 70 Dollars a year for something I can't even use or have access to on my property.. and they can't answer the phone to tell me why I have to pay it? So I felt obligated to get it paid because I didnt want to deal with the late fees. Here we are 15 days after paying and I am wondering how long does this business take to actually deposit a check? 👎👎 Judging by how responsive Snake River Irrigation is to answering phone calls and even depositing checks sent to th... read more

The manager Steve is one of the nicest and will go out of his way to help you. Water is a tricky thing. And Steve and his crew seem to do a very good job at getting water to everyone during the water season.
